Short-term, practical learning in a real-life context (adapted for young people in great difficulty) was implemented at the Nhan Dao vocational training center in Ho Chi Minh City.
It is a manicure training in a salon open to the public for young people from 14 to 25 years old. This salon, named Lá Nails, operates as a social enterprise and its turnover is reinjected into the training.
The salon opened in October 2018 and 5 students have started the training.
