In Burkina Faso, a training program for childcare assistants.
From November 18 to 22, we were preparing a pool of 18 educators à form 150 women selected in the commune of Ouahigouya to the profession of childminder.
An entrepreneurial opportunity for these women without a diploma in a country where public nurseries do not exist and private nurseries are very expensive or of poor quality.
Since then, 60 women have already benefited from the first training sessions in the application nursery that we have rehabilitated and where we will create 50 jobs.
Once the 150 women have been trained, 100 of them will be accompanied to the villages to create their "micro-enterprise" and to take care of children as home-based childcare workers.
