From classroom to project management: a constant commitment
" I've been an early childhood educator since 2013. I started in Pô, in south-central Burkina Faso, where I served for 5 years in a pre-school education structure. »he says with a smile.
This first experience in the field shaped his vision of education and strengthened his conviction that a child's future begins in the early years.
Admitted to the inspectorate in 2019, he graduates in 2021 and joins the Circonscription d'Éducation de Base de Kaya, in the Centre-Nord region. Two years later, he embarks on a new adventure: Planète Enfants & Développement.
" I joined Planète Enfants & Développement in March 2023 as supervisor, in Fada N'Gourma, of the Investing in Early Childhood program. I was lucky enough to be promoted to project manager for the 2nd phase of the program, which now covers the Centre and East regions. "
A mission at the heart of development
In his role, Adama leaves nothing to chance: planning, coordinating, monitoring and supporting teams. He orchestrates every project activity with rigor and enthusiasm.
But that's not all: he is also the administrator of the “Preschool Toolbox ”a resource platform dedicated to early childhood educators.
" I'm responsible for updating content, publishing new resources and managing interactions with our partners. It's a lively, collaborative space that reinforces professional practices in the field. "

What drives Adama every day? Seeing the fruits of his labor translate into tangible progress for the children.
" This project has enabled me to make a huge contribution to the development of early childhood in Burkina Faso. I've received a lot of positive feedback from the Ministry of Education, which makes me very proud. "
Beyond numbers and reports, this is a deeply human mission.
