This autumn, we are launching Baby Créatifs workshops in Paris, as part of our Chemins d'Enfances program. They are specially designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years, to give single mothers with complex migrant backgrounds time to train and prepare for their professional integration.
At the heart of the Triptik program, in partnership with Emmaüs Connect
The Baby Créatifs workshops are part of the Triptik program, in partnership with Emmaüs Connect. This 150-hour program for newcomers from non-EU countries aims to promote their social and professional integration. Our workshops, which are 80% occupied by single mothers, offer them the opportunity to take part in training courses, in the knowledge that their children benefit from a stimulating and secure educational environment.
The advantages of Baby Créatifs workshops
Children aged 6 months to 3 years are cared for 3 days a week for 2 to 3 months, while their parents receive training. They evolve with children of their own age, developing their socialization in a collective setting, preparing for their entry into school. The workshops also provide an opportunity to work on the parent-child attachment bond and the management of separations during training periods.
Integrated parenting support
At the same time, parents' cafés are organized to enable parents to share their experiences, combat social isolation and discuss parenting-related topics. Family outings are also organized to reinforce the family's territorial roots and legitimacy in their environment.
These workshops are part of our long-standing commitment to providing vulnerable children with an educational framework conducive to their development, while supporting their families in their social reintegration.
