Selon les chiffres nationaux, 17,8% des cambodgiens vivent sous le seuil de pauvret\u00e9, \u00e0 savoir avec moins de 2.3 USD\/jour en ville.<\/p>\n<p>La violence domestique reste un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne r\u00e9pandu au Cambodge. Sur le plan \u00e9ducatif, les challenges sont aussi nombreux. 32% des enfants de moins de 5 ans sont trop petits pour leur \u00e2ge, 25% des enfants du grade 3 (\u00e9quivalent du CE2) ne savent pas lire\u2026 Et malgr\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper la pr\u00e9scolarisation, l\u2019Etat manque de moyens. Le niveau de vie y est tr\u00e8s faible et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services sociaux de base quasi-inexistant.\u00a0<\/span><b>Ces communaut\u00e9s qui souffrent de ces conditions de vie, avec un sentiment d\u2019inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9, en viennent m\u00eame \u00e0 s\u2019auto-exclure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cette situation d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s difficile s\u2019ajoute une <\/span><b>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de plus en plus d\u00e9grad\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La propagation des violences djihadistes dans le nord du pays et la multiplication des attaques terroristes, y compris dans la capitale, entra\u00eenent de nombreux d\u00e9placements de populations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis 2015, les attaques ont fait environ 750 morts et 600 000 d\u00e9plac\u00e9s (Le Monde, 2020).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Plus de 2000 \u00e9tablissements scolaires sont ferm\u00e9es \u00e0 cause de la menace terroriste<\/strong> affectant plus 300\u00a0000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves et plus de 10\u00a0000 enseignants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ce jour, nous maintenons nos efforts dans le pays afin de ne pas compromettre les engagements pris pour soutenir les personnes vuln\u00e9rables et l\u2019\u00e9ducation des jeunes enfants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=\"Notre approche\" color=\"custom\" border_width=\"2\" accent_color=\"#4893d7\" css=\".vc_custom_1490146487869{margin-top: 30px !important;}\"][vc_column_text el_class=\"texte-justifie\"]\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au Burkina Faso depuis 2004, nous travaillons essentiellement sur le <\/span><b>d\u00e9veloppement de la petite enfance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l\u2019<\/span><b>accompagnement des familles <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les plus pauvres, l\u2019<strong>hygi\u00e8ne<\/strong> et la <\/span><b>sant\u00e9.<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #4893d7;\"><strong>D\u00e9veloppement de la petite enfance :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre objectif est de favoriser <\/span><b>l\u2019\u00e9veil et la stimulation des enfants de moins de 6 ans<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nous appuyons les minist\u00e8res en charge de l'action sociale et de l'\u00e9ducation nationale \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des<\/span><b> outils p\u00e9dagogiques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour les professionnels de la petite enfance. L'ensemble de ces outils sont disponibles sur le site internet <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/bop.bf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.bop.bf<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0et relay\u00e9s sur la page Facebook de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/boite-a-outils-prescolaire-bop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bo\u00eete \u00e0 Outils du Pr\u00e9scolaire<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">PE&D appuie \u00e9galement la construction de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129;\" href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/centres-deveil-deducation-prescolaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Centres d'Eveil et d'Education Pr\u00e9scolaire (CEEP)<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0et la formation des professionnels de la petite enfance pour favoriser l'<strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances des tout-petits<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus r\u00e9cemment,\u00a0PE&D a appuy\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d'une <a href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/creation-metier-dassistante-maternelle-burkina-faso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fili\u00e8re de formation professionnelle d'<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129;\" href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/creation-metier-dassistante-maternelle-burkina-faso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">assistante maternelle<\/span><\/strong><\/a><b> <\/b><\/span>de niveau \"Certificat de Qualification de Base\" (CQB)<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, permettant de valoriser le travail des personnes en charge de la garde des enfants de 6 mois \u00e0 3 ans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afin de mettre \u00e0 disposition de tous les professionnels de la petite enfance des jeux et jouets \u00e9ducatifs de qualit\u00e9, l'entreprise sociale <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/biibop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Biibop<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2019 avec l'appui de PE&D et permet aujourd'hui de faire travailler plus de 8 artisans locaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #4893d7;\"><strong>Accompagnement des familles :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode dite de l\u2019<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129;\" href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/soutien-social-aux-familles-vulnerables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Accompagnement Familial<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nous identifions les familles les plus isol\u00e9es et les soutenons lors de visites \u00e0 domicile ou dans des<\/span><b> permanences sociales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cette <strong>m\u00e9thode de suivi personnalis\u00e9<\/strong> vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, d\u2019emploi, de scolarisation ou les probl\u00e8mes financiers des plus vuln\u00e9rables. Cette approche est aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e au travers de 10 associations locales r\u00e9parties sur 10 provinces de la Boucle du Mouhoun et du Centre-Ouest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les zones o\u00f9 nous travaillons, seuls 30% des habitants disposent d\u2019un acte de naissance, pourtant indispensable pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole ou aux examens.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019<\/span><b>acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019Etat civil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est aussi un r\u00e9el d\u00e9fi. En 2019 nous avons men\u00e9 une <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><a style=\"color: #f5a129;\" href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/2020\/02\/17\/letat-civil-burkina-faso-defi-de-modernisation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>\u00e9tude sur l'\u00e9tat de la modernisation de l'\u00e9tat civil<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span> dans la Boucle du Mouhoun et le Centre Ouest qui a montr\u00e9 que l'archivage physique des faits d'\u00e9tat civil est de qualit\u00e9 insuffisante, la formation des agents d'\u00e9tat civil et le mat\u00e9riel d'archivage doivent \u00eatre renforc\u00e9s malgr\u00e9 l'arriv\u00e9e r\u00e9cente de la solution informatique Icivil au Burkina Faso.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #4893d7;\"><strong>Hygi\u00e8ne et Sant\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cadre de l\u2019accompagnement familial, nous orientons les femmes qui le n\u00e9cessitent vers des\u00a0<strong>consultations m\u00e9dicales<\/strong>, notamment pendant leur grossesse. Pour les adolescentes, nous orientons vers des services de<strong> planning familial<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pour les <strong>femmes victimes de violences domestiques<\/strong>, nous orientons \u00e9galement vers les services sociaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re. Par ailleurs, n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ous appuyons aussi la d\u00e9marche d\u2019<strong>Ecole des maris<\/strong> afin d\u2019impliquer les hommes sur des probl\u00e9matiques telles que la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive, la planification familiale, les violences bas\u00e9es sur le genre, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, pour l\u2019<strong>hygi\u00e8ne des enfants<\/strong>, nous avons imagin\u00e9 un dispositif appel\u00e9 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/memoire-delephants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>M<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/projets\/memoire-delephants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b style=\"color: #f5a129; text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e9moire d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phants<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d afin de faire du rituel du lavage des mains un moment amusant.
