It has been working there since 1989. Founded by the French association <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partage.org\/informer\/programmes\/partenaires\/asie\/bandoskomar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Share<\/a><\/span>It became an independent local association in 1999. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We share the <strong>same values<\/strong> and the <strong>same ambition<\/strong> To provide quality kindergarten and elementary education to every child and to strengthen the capacity of communities to improve the living conditions of families.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><b>Who works there?\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mainly <strong>educators<\/strong> who work with schools, teachers and parents. Recognized in Cambodia, Bandos Komar chairs the <strong>National Network of Early Childhood Actors in Cambodia<\/strong> (NECCD) and is part of the <strong>Early Childhood Network in the Asia-Pacific Region<\/strong> (ARNEC).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><b>What project will we collaborate on?\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together, we have set ourselves a great challenge for the next 3 years: to accompany <strong>100 community preschools<\/strong> in<strong> 4 Cambodian provinces<\/strong>. The opportunity for <strong>2,300 children<\/strong> to benefit from quality maternal education. A necessity while<strong>in Cambodia, only 23 % of 3-6 year olds are enrolled in pre-school<\/strong>.
