The <strong>stagnant waters<\/strong> result in, for example <strong>problems of displacement, garbage disposal and diseases<\/strong> which primarily affect the most vulnerable and children.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>These are the<strong> residents' committees<\/strong> present in the neighborhoods we support, who present their project and manage the administrative issues: obtaining authorizations, making the link with the road services. We help them finance the system.
