{"id":4551,"date":"2018-11-08T11:00:26","date_gmt":"2018-11-08T10:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/?p=4551"},"modified":"2021-09-29T11:00:06","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T09:00:06","slug":"mini-creche-maxi-impact","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/en\/mini-creche-maxi-impact\/","title":{"rendered":"Mini cr\u00e8che, maxi impact"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Yatenga, a poor province in the north of Burkina Faso, is not exactly an employment area, especially for women...<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The recent insecurity in this area, which is close to the jihadist threat, does not favor the emancipation of young girls and mothers either.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4527 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/P1170719-300x251.jpg\" alt=\"P1170719\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" srcset=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/P1170719-300x251.jpg 300w, https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/P1170719-768x644.jpg 768w, https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/P1170719.jpg 785w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\">Based on our experience in the country and the relationships we have established with the authorities, in particular with the Ministry of Women, National Solidarity and the Family, to which the National Institute for Training in Social Work (INSTS) is attached, we have chosen this region, and particularly the town of Ouahigouya, to develop a training program for maternal assistants, in partnership with a Burkinabe association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This action has the virtue of benefiting several categories of people. First and foremost, it will offer professional training to 150 women who have no qualifications and sometimes can barely read and write, by giving them the tools to set up a mini nursery (2 to 4 children) in their homes as \"self-entrepreneurs\" or as employees of a childcare facility.
