With a growing workforce, employers' expectations are changing. <span style=\"color: #ef7097;\">A whole section of the population in a vulnerable situation, particularly young people<\/span>This means that the poorest people in the world do not have access to stable, skilled jobs that would allow them to escape poverty in the long term.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> <span style=\"color: #f5a129;\"><strong>Professional training is therefore a priority<\/strong><\/span>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4443 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vietnam_manucure3-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"vietnam_manicure3\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vietnam_manucure3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vietnam_manucure3-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vietnam_manucure3-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/vietnam_manucure3.jpg 1386w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\"><\/p>\n<p>Since 2013, Plan\u00e8te Enfants &amp; D\u00e9veloppement has been helping these troubled youth to <span style=\"color: #ef7097;\"><strong>integrate vocational training and support them in their job search<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In partnership with training centers, our team also seeks to popularize work-study training and apprenticeship to compensate for the lack of practice provided.  It is in this context that <strong><span style=\"color: #f5a129;\">we have created a nail salon open to the public!<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #4893d7;\">This salon, which has just opened its doors, will combine practical work with a real clientele and theoretical courses.
