Plan\u00e8te Enfants & D\u00e9veloppement has just launched a new project in Burkina Faso in favor of Early Childhood: the BOP, a Toolbox for Preschool! This new innovative and collaborative tool aims to remedy the lack of documentation and resources on the Internet that preschool educators in Burkina Faso suffer from. This lack of pedagogical tools leads to difficulties in the preparation of their classes, which can affect the quality of teaching and accentuate the phenomenon of school dropout. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Preschool education represents a major challenge for the proper development of the child because it is between the ages of 0 and 6 that the foundations of language, motor skills and emotional management are laid. It is therefore essential to develop tools adapted to the needs and means available to early childhood educators in order to guarantee the proper development of young children.<\/p>\n

The key objective of this digital toolbox, which can be modulated in several forms (blog or website, Facebook page, mobile application, newsletters), is to support preschool educators in the development of their pedagogical modules through the exchange and sharing of motivating ideas and good practices. In addition, a survey of early childhood educators revealed that nearly 75% of them used the Internet daily. The BOP can be consulted at any time from their smartphone, making it accessible to the greatest number of people!<\/p>\n
