“You know, we’re constantly looking for funds so that we can carry out these projects. Your donations, whether they are regular or a one-off, are essential to help children grow. »
Stephanie Selle, Director of Planète Enfants & Développement
In Cambodia, we can create a new educational game for a school.
In Burkina Faso, a vulnerable family can be supported at home for more than a month.
In Vietnam, we can organise vocational training.
By making a donation, you are allowing children to grow up in better conditions, protected from all forms of violence.
The importance of having our own money, as opposed to external funds acquired from donors or corporations, for example, means that we can guarantee the independence and financial stability of Planète Enfants & Développement. In the long run, these commitments mean we can better plan our actions, develop our programs and ultimately work more effectively. If you can, we urgently ask you to help us by setting up a debit direct which will help to simplify the management of our aid and reduce our costs.
66% of the amounts paid to Planète Enfants & Développement each year can be deducted from your taxes.
For example, if you give 12 euros per month, so 144 euros per year, this will only cost you 49 euros.
Planète Enfants & Développement can issue a tax receipt which is sent to our donors in the first quarter the year after they contributed.
Make a difference: make a donation or leave money in your will
Making a donation or leaving money in your will is a kind gesture for Planète Enfants & Développement that will allow you to leave a legacy behind. Leaving money in your will means you can transfer all or some of your assets, while being able to keep them while you are alive.
Donating means you will be giving a possession during your lifetime, without asking anything in return. The donation is immediate and must be made by notarial deed.
Give with confidence: our procedures are controlled
We have procedures in place to make sure that the funds received by Planète Enfants & Développement are safe so that even the least confident contributor can be reassured. Our teams on the ground (national employees and expatriate volunteers) control the use of funds and ensure the traceability of expenditures.
KPMG audits the accounts annually.
