Planète Enfants & Développement in a few words

Our vision : a world in which children can thrive within their families and their communities ; and are protected from all forms of violence and exploitation.

Our mission : to develop a global approach to help vulnerable children and provide them with an environment and resources conducive to their well-being and growth through health, protection, education, integration, and family support services. Furthermore, we place a particular focus on defending and protecting against trafficking, which can affect the populations with whom we work.

Our actions :

  • Early childhood development (0-6 years)
  • Family support
  • Children and women protection against violence
  • Maternal and child health
  • Socio-professional integration

Our core values :

  • To combine pertinence and independence

The interventions are conceived on the basis of diagnostics made on the ground with the beneficiaries and partners without any external pressure.

  • To act with neutrality in respect to universal values.

Planète Enfants & Développement works with the most vulnerable population, to improve quality of life, while respecting their traditions and expertise, without racial, religious, sexual, or ethnic discrimination.

  • To be effective and tangible

We optimize the use of resources to ensure that they are mobilized primarily for the direct benefit of children, families, and their communities. We pay a great deal of attention to choosing our financing in order to conserve our independence and sustainability.

  • Capacity building of local organisation

Planète Enfants & Développement looks to strengthen the skills of the disadvantaged populations so that they themselves can improve their living conditions.

  • To commit to transparency and good management

Planète Enfants & Développement commits with its beneficiaries, partners, and donors to provide transparent and truthful information about the use of resources.
